On July 20, we were invited by JMB Old Flat to participate in “Eat Right” Nutrition Workshop and Cooking competition hosted by World Vision.

In Nutritional Workshop, we had been taught in the importance of Food Pyramid and the ways to plan healthy food by ensuring the ingredient used are healthy and not used excessively.

After the workshop, the participants were participated the cooking competition. Our student’s parents were also took part in this activity.

We would like to thanks Old Flat JMB for inviting us over and World Vision for hosting this event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024\u5e747\u670820\u65e5\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53d7\u9080\u53c2\u52a0\u4e86\u7531World Vision\u4e3b\u529e\u7684\u2018Eat Right\u2019\u8425\u517b\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u548c\u70f9\u996a\u6bd4\u8d5b\uff0c\u6d3b\u52a8\u7531JMB Old Flat\u9080\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u8425\u517b\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5b66\u4e60\u4e86\u98df\u7269\u91d1\u5b57\u5854\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u89c4\u5212\u5065\u5eb7\u996e\u98df\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u98df\u6750\u5065\u5eb7\u4e14\u4e0d\u88ab\u8fc7\u5ea6\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u540e\uff0c\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\u53c2\u52a0\u4e86\u70f9\u996a\u6bd4\u8d5b\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u5bb6\u957f\u4e5f\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u8fd9\u9879\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
